In the second quarter of 2022, medical apps in France showcased varied performance metrics in terms of downloads and active users. Here is a closer look at the top 5 medical apps on the unified platform, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Doctolib - Your health partner showed impressive download numbers, peaking in the week of April 25 with approximately 187K downloads. However, there was a noticeable decline in weekly downloads towards the end of May, reaching a low of around 97K. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 2.3M and 2.8M throughout the quarter.

TousAntiCovid experienced a gradual decrease in downloads from the start of Q2, dropping from about 57K to a low of 28K by late May. However, the app saw a resurgence in the final weeks of June, climbing back up to around 58K downloads. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 1.9M and decreasing to about 1.1M, before rebounding to approximately 1.6M by the end of June.
